I've always been an outlier in positions of influence. One of the youngest U.S. diplomats in our nation's history, signing my commission at twenty-two. I navigated the world hoping to prevent war, only to learn that some structures are too old to dismantle from within.
Before that, I was a child in extreme poverty, in a home filled with violence and hopelessness—but also inspiration. I found it in science and math. In reading and writing. I excelled academically to the surprise of many, because the alternative was to disappear.
I've surfed the waves of rapid change—from climate tech to artificial intelligence—not because I chase trends, but because I see patterns before they arrive. The future has always felt more real to me than the present.
Now I build systems that close gaps. That prevent others from falling through. Every pivot has been repair.
